Clean water is not an inexhaustible resource. In order to ensure a clean water supply for future generations,
we need to have smart water management strategies for not only black water, but storm water and grey water
as well. Buildings and lots need to be properly designed to take into consideration these environement
friendly strategies.

Clean air is essential for our health. Buildings and homes must be designed with the proper filtration
systems to ensure good quality air all year round.

In addition to water and air, buildings need to be designed to allow natural sunlight in for illumination instead
of using electricity to generate light. Our designs try to take advantage of smart strategies for water and air,
as well as natural illumination and even panoramic vistas to refresh the mind.
